By using Heaven Route Travels services — including hotel booking, travel packages, holidays, tours, and travel guide — you agree to these terms. They form a legal contract between you and Heaven Route Travels.
Booking & Payment
- Hotel booking – confirmed upon full payment or advance as per policy.
- Travel packages & holidays – prices are subject to availability and change.
- Tours & travel guide – itineraries may be adjusted for safety or weather.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made 7+ days before departure: 90% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund (or as per hotel policy).
- No-show or same-day cancellation: no refund.
Important: For group holidays or special packages, separate cancellation terms apply. Please contact our team.
Liability & Responsibility
Heaven Route Travels acts as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, and tour operators. We are not liable for delays, changes, or loss caused by third-party providers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Your safety matters – we ensure all partners meet high standards. However, you are responsible for your personal belongings and travel documents.
